Welcome to Tradyr. By creating an account and using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Tradyr provides an options trading intelligence dashboard that includes real-time and delayed options chain data, crowd-signal analytics, AI-powered trade analysis, news aggregation, paper trading simulation, and portfolio tracking tools. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes.
2. Not Financial Advice
The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All data, analytics, AI-generated analysis, crowd signals, and trade suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial information services in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration, use a strong password, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscription & Billing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after an initial 14-day free trial. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the rate selected during checkout.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its data; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; use the Service for market manipulation or any illegal purpose; resell or sublicense access to the Service; or use automated bots to interact with the platform without authorization.
8. Data Accuracy & Third-Party Data
We aggregate data from third-party sources including Yahoo Finance, Charles Schwab, and others. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free. Delayed data may be up to 15 minutes behind real-time markets. You should verify all data independently before making financial decisions.
9. AI-Generated Content
The AI analysis feature uses third-party large language models. AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. AI analysis should never be treated as professional financial advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADYR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradyr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 2, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
